Rates shown are per week - NOT per person. Which means regardless of whether just one person or up to twelve people are sharing the villa, the rental price remains exactly the same - and all your local and resort taxes (currently 11%), arrival and departure cleaning, utilities, internet access, telephone calls (as described) are included!

 All prices quoted are for one week (7 days). Prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Maximum occupancy is 12. Cot supplied free of charge.

A deposit of £150 / $200 for each full week booked is required at time of booking. All deposits must be paid in full within 7 days.

Full payment is expected 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Pool heating if required is available at an optional charge of £80 / $160 per week.   CURRENTLY BEING OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE

 

Local management

My local managers are extremely friendly Brits and ensure that my home is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.  They are always on hand should you need any assistance with the house during your stay.
